1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to Octal Accounts will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After this period, your account will be deactivated, and access to the services will cease.
2. Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any unused portion of the subscription period, including cases of early cancellation. This policy applies to all subscription plans and billing cycles.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional cases, such as significant service disruptions or billing errors, we may consider refund requests. Such requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within 14 days of the issue's occurrence. Approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of Octal Accounts.
