How POS billing works with Octal

  1. Set it up once. Enable POS Invoices in Smart Settings and set location defaults (Customer, GST, Bank, Payment Mode) in POS Settings.
  2. Ring up the sale. Scan or tap products to build the bill — defaults are applied automatically for the active location.
  3. Hold or complete. Put the order On Hold to resume later, or take payment and finish checkout.
  4. Everything syncs. Stock, customer ledgers, accounts and FBR reporting all update in real time.
