3.2 Discounts and Promotions Octal Accounts Pvt Ltd may offer promotional pricing at its sole discretion, which may be discontinued or modified.

3.3 Lawful Use The Service and Website must be used exclusively for legitimate business purposes in compliance with these terms and any additional guidelines provided by Octal Accounts Pvt Ltd.

3.4 Account Security You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify Octal Accounts Pvt Ltd immediately if unauthorized access is suspected.

3.5 Usage Limitations Usage may be subject to restrictions, such as transaction limits or API call quotas, as communicated by Octal Accounts Pvt Ltd.

3.6 Indemnification You agree to indemnify Octal Accounts Pvt Ltd against any claims, costs, or damages arising from breaches of these terms or unpaid Subscription Fees.

  1. Privacy and Confidentiality

4.1 Data Protection Both parties commit to maintaining the confidentiality of shared information, except when disclosure is required by law or agreed upon in writing. These obligations survive termination of the Agreement.

4.2 Privacy Policy The handling of personal information is governed by the Octal Accounts Pvt Ltd Privacy Policy, available at www.octalaccounts.com/privacy. Acceptance of these terms implies acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Ownership of Rights All intellectual property rights associated with the Services, Website, and any related materials remain the exclusive property of Octal Accounts Pvt Ltd or its licensors. No rights are transferred to you except those expressly granted under this Agreement.

7.1 Maximum Liability Octal Accounts Pvt Ltd’s total liability under this Agreement, regardless of the cause, is limited to the Subscription Fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7.2 Indirect Damages Octal Accounts Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

  1. Termination

8.1 Termination by Subscriber You may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any prepaid fees.

8.2 Termination by Octal Accounts Pvt Ltd Octal Accounts Pvt Ltd may terminate or suspend your access to the Service if you breach this Agreement or fail to pay Subscription Fees.

8.3 Effect of Termination Upon termination, you must cease using the Service and export your data within the time specified by Octal Accounts Pvt Ltd.

  1. General Provisions

9.1 Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.

9.2 Amendments Octal Accounts Pvt Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms. Changes will be communicated through the Website or email and will take effect immediately upon posting.

9.3 Force Majeure Octal Accounts Pvt Ltd is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control.

9.4 Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
